the worst app support I have ever seen

I bought a one-year subscription last August, but since March this year, Ive been asking to pay $2.99 in order to download the new issue.

I feel hopeless for this matter because when I contacted iTune, they asked me to contact the Apps developer, and the Cricket Magazine asked me to contact iTune because I purchased it via iTune.

I am like ping-pong ball being pushes back and forth between iTune and the App support, noboby takes the responsibility to fix my problem. I dont think Im going to buy the digital magazine again!!!
